Mike Patterson has served as Senior Pastor of Cedar Lane Baptist Church since 2011.  We are grateful for his tenure - the longest serving pastor in our 75+ year history!  Bro. Mike has allowed us to find a stable footing in a world that is ever-changing, while relying on God's unchanging Word as our roadmap while seeking vision for His people.

     He completed undergraduate work in biblical studies at Howard Payne University, and completed the Master of Divinity at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. 

Together with his wife, Judy, the Pattersons have two grown children and four grandchildren with their respective spouses.

     Bro. Mike and Judy have served more than forty years in ministry, investing in thousands of lives of all ages.  Mike's passion for making the Gospel known to the whole earth has carried him to many countries, and Judy's desire to do the same has led her to remain involved in ActTeens ministry for decades as well.
